DUALE, OVIA, AND ALEX-ADEDIPE (“DOA” “we” or “us” or “our” or the “Firm”) takes your privacy seriously and is committed to protecting your personal information.   • Professional qualification information: This information includes undergraduate and graduate degrees, certifications, work experiences, local and international organization associations amongst others. We collect this information to verify and validate your suitability for the role.

If you are a service provide, we will collect your contact information and sometimes business information. This is to ensure that you perform your services or carryout your duty as agreed.

e. Webinar and legal events

If you attend any of our webinars or legal events, we will collect your name, email address and sometimes the name of the company you work with.

f. Other Data

We collect this information from you if the need be for administrative and judicial proceedings.

  • We process your recruitment information in order to carryout employment interview and other activities associated with recruitment. We rely on our own legitimate interest to process this information.

  • We may process your personal information to investigate, prosecute and defend our legal right. We are relying on our legitimate interest to process this information.

Further Purpose

We will only process your personal data for the particular purposes for which we collect it. We will notify you and rely on an appropriate lawful basis if we intend to use it for another purpose and such further purpose is not compatible to the original purpose
