Kings is a key Associate in the firm’s Commercial Dispute Resolution Group in the Abuja office. He holds a Bachelor of Law Degree (L.L.B) from the University of Calabar and has been called to the Nigerian bar.
He has acquired a wide range of practice experience acting on domestic, cross-border, and international transactions in commercial dispute resolution. He has advised Clients in various sectors of the economy, including but limited to financial technology, Labour and employment, Banking and Finance, trade, and investment. He recently played a key role in recovering $1,000,000.00 (One Million dollars) for a seasoned multinational company with operations in Nigeria.
Kings has acquired an innovative skill set and an expansive experience in Litigation, Law Enforcement matters, and legal drafting that has continued to exult his reputation in the dispute resolution space. He is proactive and responsive and can identify complex problems, develop and evaluate options and implement solutions. Some of his key successes recently are:
