Fatimah Muhammad is a versatile professional with significant experience and practical knowledge In Business Advisory, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Corporate Practice and Commercial Transactions. She has recently developed additional competencies in Competition law Practice and Islamic Finance. She is a Senior Associate at Duale, Ovia & Alex-Adedipe (the “Firm”) with primary placements in the Business Advisory Practice Group and secondary placements with the Competition Law, Real Estate, wills & Trust practice groups.
With over a decade of experience in top legal roles, prestigious memberships in legal associations and engagement in diverse practice areas, Fatimah has advised notable government parastatals, individuals, and multi-national companies on commercial transactions, Regulatory Compliance and stakeholder management.
She has participated in numerous trainings, seminars, and conferences on continuing Legal Education, Mergers & Acquisitions, Islamic Finance, Leadership Skills & Acquisitions within and outside Nigeria.
She was a Speaker at the TEDx Minna 2020 ( an independently organized Ted event in Minna, Niger State, member of the NBA General Purposes Committee between 2020-2022, a leading member of the North Zonal Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association-Section on Business Law 2022- date, a Speaker/ discussant and member of the Conference Planning Committee of the NBA-SBL from 2020-date, Speaker/discussant and Session Co-Ordinator at the Bi-Annual African International Conference on Islamic Finance from 2019-date.
