Chuwkwuebuka Okoli-Akirika is a key Associate in the Firm’s Corporate and Commercial Practice Area.
Chukwuebuka graduated with a Second Class Upper from the Enugu State University of Science and Technology where he was awarded the Third Best Graduating Student of his graduating class. He also finished with a Second Class Upper from the Nigerian Law School and was thereafter admitted to practice law in Nigeria.
Prior to joining Duale, Ovia and Alex-Adedipe, he interned at several notable law firms in Lagos, Anambra and Enugu State.
Since joining the firm, he has advised companies on Private Equity, Real Estate, Finance, Telecommunications, Media, Entertainment and Technology related transactions and regulatory practices.
Chukwuebuka’s core interests include Finance, Private Equity, Corporate and Commercial Law, and Dispute Resolution.
