Adeniyi Duale is a Founding Partner of Duale, Ovia & Alex-Adedipe (the “Firm”), where he leads the Private Equity/Venture Capital, and Energy and Natural Resources teams.
With close to twenty years of advising across banking and finance, private equity, and energy and natural resources, Adeniyi’s legal acumen has been pivotal in advising on several transactions.
Adeniyi’s experience has been key in facilitating and lecturing at various local and international seminars, workshops, and conferences. His extensive understanding spans diverse sectors, where he consistently offers strategic guidance as an advisor to several esteemed companies. Recently, he completed the High-Performance Board Member Program at IESE, University of Navarra, Barcelona.
