(parent company of top Nigerian Health Management Operator;  Reliance HMO Limited and Out-patient clinic; Reliance Family Clinic Nigeria Limited), an emerging markets-focused digital healthcare provider in connection with its US$40m Series B Funding Round led by General Atlantic with participation from Partech, Picus Capital, Tencent Exploration, AAIC (Asia Africa Investment and Consulting), P1 Ventures, Laerdal Million Lives Fund, Arvantis Social Foundation Impact Investment, and M3, Inc.
