We are pleased to have advised Treepz NG Limited (an indigenous Nigerian Transportation company) on its landmark partnership deal with CMS Taxi and Motor Nigeria Limited in an effort to digitise transportation for 1.6 million commuters annually.

CMS T&M is a locally licensed bus company that operates in the Central Business District of Lagos State, providing vehicles to ease commute within this area. Treepz intends to leverage on this existing platform, partner with CMS T& M by providing technological expertise and deliver impeccable transportation service.

The Firm’s transaction team was led by Adeleke Alex-Adedipe together with Tomiwa Ogunbanwo and Bubari Agara.
