About Oluwaseye Ayinla

Seye is currently leading the firm’s Competition and Anti-Trust Legal Practice. He is a purposeful legal counsel with strong work ethic, competence, innovation and a mentality geared towards providing practical solutions to complex legal issues and has significant experience in advising on project finance and corporate finance transactions, security arrangements, mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings. He also has experience on corporate and commercial legal advisory services to local and international clientele.

His primary aim is to provide clients with optimal solutions which include but not limited to advice on day to day matters as well as transactional engagements involving securities offerings, business combinations, due diligence, competition and anti-trust, asset acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures and public and private financing. He also advises boards of directors with respect to corporate governance and fiduciary duty issues.

Seye has advised on several landmark and award-winning transactions both locally and internationally in banking, finance, venture capital/private equity, information technology, media and telecommunication, and capital market transactions.

In his leisure, Seye enjoys mentoring young lawyers, impacting knowledge and practical ways to solve trending and technical legal issues.
