Adeleke is a distinguished corporate commercial lawyer and the Managing Partner at Duale, Ovia & Alex-Adedipe (the “Firm”). He leads the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice, as well as the Mergers & Acquisitions, Banking & Finance, and Business Advisory practice groups.
With nearly two decades of experience, Adeleke specializes in TMT, Corporate Finance, Capital Markets, and other corporate commercial practices. He has participated in and facilitated numerous trainings, seminars, and conferences on finance documentation, mergers and acquisitions, and TMT within and outside Nigeria.
Adeleke has earned recognition throughout his career for his contributions to the legal profession. His most recent recognition was by Who’s Who Legal as a National Leader in Banking and Finance (2024) for his significant achievements in the industry.
He serves as an Executive Council Member of the Nigerian Bar Association – Section on Business Law and as an Executive Council Member of the Capital Market Solicitors Association. Additionally, he was a member of the International Bar Association and formerly served on the Lagos State Science Research Innovation Council (LASRIC) by appointment of the Governor of Lagos State. Until recently he was a member of the Board of Directors of Polaris Bank Ltd.
Adeleke represents the Firm on the Nigerian Fintech Advocacy Group and the Open Banking Nigeria Association. He is a staunch advocate for the growth and development of technology in Africa.
